Since embarking on my professional journey in 2018, I have dedicated myself to the realms of training and consultancy, fostering a wealth of expertise and experience that has significantly shaped my career trajectory. My odyssey commenced under the esteemed banner of Marc & Zed Training and Consultancy, where I initially joined as a part-time staff member, immersing myself in the multifaceted world of software development, research endeavors, and the meticulous crafting of training materials.

Over the course of an enriching year, my role underwent a transformative evolution, propelling me into the realm of an Assistant Trainer. In this capacity, I collaborated seamlessly with principal trainers, orchestrating impactful training sessions that delved into the intricacies of Agile software development methodologies, Firebase integration, DevOps practices, FullStack Development Bootcamp, Java (Oracle OCA, OCP Certifications) & Python (PCEP Certification ), Python/Java FullStack Bootcamp and the diverse landscape of database management systems encompassing both SQL and NOSQL domains, ranging from MySQL and MSSQL Server to PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

My adeptness extended further to encompass the expansive realm of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), where I navigated its intricate facets, elucidating its nuances to eager learners. My repertoire also encompassed the realm of quality assurance, where I introduced trainees to the intricacies of testing tools such as JIRA, DEVOPS, and Agile methodologies, all while fostering a deep-seated understanding of version control with Git/BitBucket. Moreover, I delved into the intricacies of Linux/Unix environments, instilling practical know-how within my trainees.

Diving into the creative sphere, I facilitated an immersive exploration of UI/UX design principles, unearthing the art of crafting seamless user experiences. Equipped with tools like FIGMA and Adobe XD, I unveiled the secrets of visual storytelling, seamlessly intertwining aesthetics and functionality. Notably, my passion for design transcended digital realms, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of Design Thinking, a methodology I eagerly imparted to aspiring minds.

In tandem with my role as a trainer, I assumed a pivotal role in the orchestration of trainings and workshops. My involvement extended beyond theoretical guidance, as I actively engaged in hands-on practical exercises, facilitating a holistic learning experience. My role as a moderator ensured the seamless flow of knowledge dissemination, fostering an environment conducive to dynamic interaction and insightful exploration.

As the pages of time unfolded, the year 2020 marked a significant milestone, as I transitioned into the esteemed role of a Trainer at Marc & Zed Training (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Embracing this elevated responsibility, I embarked on a mission to empower learners with the skills and knowledge that would empower them to conquer the ever-evolving landscape of technology and innovation.

Beyond the realms of training, my endeavors found a digital canvas through which I showcased my multifaceted prowess. Furthermore, my journey in knowledge dissemination took the form of co-authoring three influential books, a testament to my dedication to sharing insights and expertise on a broader scale. The culmination of my efforts was not confined to group settings alone, as I seamlessly transitioned into conducting personalized one-to-one sessions with trainees during training, workshops, and coaching sessions, catering to individual needs and fostering tailored growth.
